The business specialises in investigating and reporting on defective, problematic or failed flooring installations, helping clients understand the root cause of issues and the best way to resolve them.

Launched in 2025, Flooring Inspector was created as a new project between Tom and Rob from Flooring Restoration Services, one of Truth Digital’s existing flooring clients. With Rob’s flooring expertise and Tom’s understanding of the industry, the opportunity was clear: build a specialist inspection brand that could operate nationally, generate qualified enquiries and manage leads effectively from the first website form through to quotation.
